All students must adhere to the General Student Participation Rules as well as the rules for their specific arts area. Provide teachers with the rules in advance. Then distribute all rules and the Student Entry Form to families and students through a kick-off meeting, other PTA or school events, fine arts classes, newsletters, and the PTA/school website.

Some states have modified Student Rules and Entry Forms. National PTA suggests that you check your state PTA website for additional state specific Reflections information and requirements.

The Winning Master Entrants Form is the Master Record of all winning Reflections entries. Please make every effort to assure accuracy of this information. Please proof all entries for accurate spellings of student names and be sure to provide the full local PTA/PTSA unit name and PTA or PTSA identification. Please do not use any abbreviations.

Upon completion of this form, please save a copy for your records, then save a copy to CD or DVD and send it to the next level up in your state system.
